Not quite ready for production?  We'll help you go from idea to reality, or just with a few steps along the way.  Check out our development services and some of the requirements and details that go along with each of them.

GENERAL MEETINGS & CONSULTATIONS

By appointment only, in person, by phone, or facetime, predetermined agenda required, you’ll walk away with next action steps for you and our team.

TECH PACKS

Include: flats, cutters must, pattern card, sewing order of operations, special seam construction details, all finishes, seam allowance details, core finished measurements, label placement.

TECHNICAL GARMENT FLATS

Includes one front and one back, produced in Adobe Illustrator.

PATTERN MAKING

All new patterns will  include one 30 minute required meeting to establish all details for the garment, and if necessary will include a second 30 minute meeting at the halfway point of the pattern making process to confirm additional details, sketches or flats are required, measurements are required, all decisions of the design must be made by the designer.

DECONSTRUCTION OR RECONSTRUCTION OF GARMENTS

We offer to deconstruct or reconstruct your garments as necessary for development.

DIGITIZING

Digitizing can be done from paper, card stock, fabric, or sample garments, sample garments are required to be completely deconstructed prior to digitizing.

GRADING

You are required to provide all grade rules and sizing specifications and direction or have a 30 minute consultation.

SAMPLES

Patterns and full tech pack are required, we will produce as patterns and tech pack demonstrate. Patterns must be in Optitex format, grading must be in a .rul file, file conversion is available.

FITTINGS

By appointment only, in person or facetime, predetermined agenda required, fit notes and a technical garment flat must be provided via email before any facetime fittings, all fitting appointments will start and end on time, sample must be completed and in hand before a fitting can be scheduled in any way, you must provide the fit model or form, the fit model or form must be the same for all fittings on the same garment if there are multiple fittings, you’ll walk away with a ‘next action steps’ form.
